When to use
Reeeally little ones (1 - 6 months)
Apply a small amount to the soles of their (tiny and adorable) feet at bedtime. Gently massage. Always patch test first.
Little ones (6 months and over)
Rub a small amount onto your palms and apply to the back, chest and soles of the feet.
Adults
Apply to pulse points on wrists, temples and feet before bedtime.

This product is packed into an infinitely recyclable (or even better, reusable) threaded aluminum tin. Our labels are un-glossed (plastic free, of course) paper that can be removed easily by covering with oil and rubbing free. If you don't plan on reusing the tin, please pop it into your curbside recycling.
